The Development of a Blended Learning Management Model with Synectics Teaching and out-of-the-box Thinking Techniques to Foster Creativity

The objectives of this research are: 1 ) to develop and determine the quality a blended learning management model using synectics teaching out-of-the-box thinking techniques; 2 compare creativity score after receiving by outof-the-box techniques foster 3) study satisfaction students with model. sample group used in was st year Bachelor Education students, Faculty Education, Rajabhat Nakhon Si Thammarat University including 60 enrolled course innovation information technology for communication semester 2, academic 2020. They were divided into experimental groups control groups. tools included web-based lessons, lesson plans assessments mean, S.D. hypothesis testing independent t-test. results showed that:1) development assessment synectic promote at very good level; 2) comparison scores developed instructional higher than group, indicating that mean have statistically significantly different . 05 overall student all aspects high level.
